We treat all assets as sensitive "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) and explicitly do not utilize your creative content for machine learning, artificial intelligence training, or external marketing purposes.

To ensure maximum security, Review Room Studio employees do not access your content or project data unless strictly required for technical support. Any such access is performed only with your explicit authorization and is limited to the scope necessary to resolve the support request. Our role is strictly as a technical service provider, facilitating the secure review of your proprietary intellectual property.

Our proprietary synchronization and transcoding systems process your media assets through strictly automated workflows. This technical processing is engineered solely to facilitate collaboration features, ensuring your content is handled without unauthorized human intervention. By submitting feedback, you grant Review Room Studio a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to implement and incorporate such suggestions into the Platform. This allows us to evolve our tools based on professional requirements without creating any financial or legal obligation to the individual providing feedback. This license is limited strictly to "ideas and suggestions" and does not apply to your proprietary media or project-specific comments.

Your data is retained only for the duration of your active project or account lifecycle. To optimize system performance, temporary proxy fragments may be purged from our high-speed cache after thirty days of project inactivity; however, original metadata and project structures remain preserved. Upon account termination or project deletion, all associated assets and metadata are queued for irreversible deletion from active systems following a standard thirty-day safety period. This buffer is maintained to prevent accidental data loss, after which the information cannot be recovered.

Review Room Studio ensures you maintain full control over your personal information. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your account data at any time. Furthermore, we support data portability, allowing you to export your project metadata for use in external workflows. If you wish to exercise any of these rights or withdraw your consent for specific data processing activities, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting our compliance team.

To provide a high-performance environment, we engage limited third-party sub-processors for essential infrastructure services.
